01Using this site

You may browse the site, shop, read, and send us messages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 18 to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

02Products, pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. We do our best to display product colours and artwork accurately, but screens vary and a small difference is not a defect.

Everything we make is produced in limited runs. We may limit quantities per order, and we may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, placed by a reseller, or made in error. If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full before it ships.

03Orders and payment

Orders are not placed on this website. The cart hands you to the Brothers In Christ store to complete your purchase, and the order is accepted there when confirmation is sent. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for it.

04Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

05Promotions and discount codes

If we offer a discount code, it applies only as described, only while the offer is open, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. We may withdraw an offer at any time; this does not affect orders already confirmed.

06Intellectual property

The Brothers In Christ name, the BIC mark, our logos, garment artwork, designs, photography, and the text on this site are the property of Brothers In Christ or our creative collaborators, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share a page or an image to talk about us, but you may not copy, print, or reproduce our artwork or designs for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

07What you send us

Prayer requests and messages you send are kept private, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us a testimony, a photo, or feedback and tell us we may share it, we may publish it with the credit you ask for; we will never publish it without your consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

By sending us something, you confirm that it is yours to send, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it does not contain anything unlawful. We may decline to publish anything, for any reason.

08Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use the site for anything unlawful, abusive, or misleading;
• try to interfere with the site's security, forms, or checkout, or to access parts of it you are not meant to;
• scrape or copy the site's content or images in bulk;
• impersonate Brothers In Christ, its founders, or anyone else.

09Third-party services

Parts of your experience are provided by other companies — for example, the secure checkout pages of our payment processor, and the social platforms we link to. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

10Faith content

Scripture on this site is quoted from the King James Version of the Holy Bible. Devotionals, journal posts, and other written content express the convictions of Brothers In Christ and are offered for encouragement. They are not professional counselling, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

11Disclaimer

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right you have under applicable consumer law.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have under applicable consumer law.

13Resolving a problem

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either of us may pursue the remedies available under applicable law.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.

15General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not mean we have given it up. These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the whole agreement between us about the site.
