We want you to be glad you ordered. If something is not right, here is how returns, exchanges and refunds work. Effective 2026-09-08.
01Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered, for unused items. To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
02What cannot be returned
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If a specific item is final sale, we will say so clearly on its page before you buy.
03How to start a return
Contact our team with your order number to start a return. Reach us at brothersinchrist209@gmail.com or +1 (209) 253-2526 with your order reference and the item you want to return. We will confirm the return and tell you where to send it. Please wait for that confirmation before posting anything, so that we can match the parcel to your order.
04Return shipping
We will confirm the return shipping arrangements when we approve your return. If the return is because of our mistake — the wrong item, or a fault — we will make it right, including the cost of getting the item back to us. Please pack the item securely; we cannot refund an item that is lost or damaged on its way back to us, so we recommend a tracked service.
05Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Tell us when you start your return. Where we have stock, we can exchange the item; otherwise we will refund you so that you can reorder.
06Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund to the original payment method and email you to confirm. Your bank or card issuer may take several additional business days to post it to your account. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is because of our mistake.
07Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact brothersinchrist209@gmail.com or +1 (209) 253-2526 as soon as you can with your order reference and a photo. We will replace it or refund you — your choice, subject to stock.
